Using pyrazole, 4-chloropyrazole, Cu(NO 3 ) 2 , and Cu(ClO 4 as raw materials, the target crystals of ECCs can be directly obtained by co-melting heating, offering a more efficient alternative to traditional solvent-based preparation methods.

In order to further explore the effect of ligands on performance primary explosives and gain a deeper understanding coordination mechanism, we designed furan-2-carbohydrazide (FRCA), ligand, by using oxygen-containing heterocycles carbohydrazide. Then, FRCA Cu(ClO4)2 were used synthesize compounds [Cu(FRCA)2(H2O)(ClO4)2]·CH3OH (ECCs-1·CH3OH) Cu(FRCA)2(H2O)(ClO4)2 (ECCs-1). The structure ECCs-1 was confirmed single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR EA characterization. Further experiments show that has good thermal stability, but is sensitive mechanical stimuli (impact sensitivity = IS 8 J, friction FS 20 N). predicted value detonation parameter DEXPLO 5 6.6 km s–1, PEXPLO 18.8 GPa, ignition test, laser lead plate experiment excellent performance, which very worthy attention.
