Aging diesel fuel in emergency storage tanks at nuclear power plants requires regular filtration to remove impurities. Due the stringent safety requirements of plants, high standards are set for operational timeliness and reliability. This study proposes an efficient optimization framework that integrates MATLAB-based genetic algorithm optimization, state-space networks (SSNs), computational fluid dynamics (CFD). A FLUENT simulation model is used simulate internal flow field tank, while SSN comprehensively analyzes distribution path strategies. Global parameter achieved using a (GA). The improves efficiency by 7.9%, reducing time from 464,000 s 417,600 s. Water impurity levels decreased 22.2% (from 0.00045 0.00035), mechanical impurities 33.3% 0.000015 0.000010). findings not only enhance reliability generator systems support operations but also provide solid foundation further innovations technologies.
