Abstract Four new coordination polymers based on 5‐(((1 H ‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl)amino) isophthalic acid (H 3 L ) and auxiliary ligands (1,10‐phenanthroline, 2,2′‐bipyridine, 4,4′‐bipyridine), namely, {[Zn(H )(phen)(H 2 O)] ⋅ 2H O} n ( CP 1 ), {[Ni(H O)]} )(2,2′‐bpy)(H {[Cd(H )(4,4′‐bpy) 0.5 4 were rationally assembled. Furthermore, these four CPs screened as heterogeneous catalysts for CO cycloaddition cyanosilylation reactions under mild conditions. The catalytic experiments showed that had the better performance, excellent substrate tolerance recyclability above two reactions. It is speculated activity of may be due to open Lewis base site acidic characteristics zinc (II) center. After five cycles, activities did not significantly decrease, structures remained unchanged. ABSTRACT The bowl‐shaped flexible carboxylic acid zwitterion 1,1′,1″‐(2,4,6‐trimethylbenzene‐1,3,5‐triyl)tris (methylene)‐tris(4‐carboxy‐pyridinium)tribromide (H 3 L Br ) ligand‐based lanthanide metal–organic framework (Ln‐MOF) was synthesized for the first time under solvothermal conditions. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis indicates that molecular formula of Ln‐MOF is [Eu 2 O) 4 ]·2H O ( 1 ). Luminescence sensing experiments demonstrate shows obvious fluorescence quenching nitrobenzene (NB), Fe 3+ , and Cr 7 2− with low detection limits 0.118 μM, 9.098 nM, 17.409 respectively. can be regarded as a luminescence sensor multiple functions, displaying high selectivity, wonderful antiinterference ability, outstanding sensitivity, recyclability to detect NB, .

Organic azides are extensively utilized in organic synthesis and clinical drug development. However, the commonly employed catalysts for preparation of azides, such as inorganic salts simple metal complexes, often suffer from low yields production byproducts. In this study, we report rational a porous, cluster-based bimetallic metal–organic framework (MOF) with large nanocage 1 nm diameter, termed compound 1, designed specific reaction. Compound exhibits exceptional solvent stability, remaining stable even presence corrosive triethylamine. Catalytic investigations revealed that serves an effective catalyst reaction primary amines TfN3, yielding various under mild conditions. Moreover, MOF demonstrates significant catalytic activity aminoglycoside kanamycin A. The proceeds smoothly producing fewer byproducts exhibiting good regioselectivity. ABSTRACT Heterometallic d‐4f coordination complexes are of paramount interest in modern chemistry because their potential applications organic light‐emitting devices and spintronic materials. Here we report the synthesis thorough investigation Ln MLn (M = Zn, Cd; Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb) molecular based on 2‐furancarboxylic acid anion (Hfur): [Ln 2 (NO 3 ) (fur) 4 (DME) ] (Ln Tb; DME is dimethoxyethane) [M 8 (bpy) Tb, Sm; bpy 2,2′‐bipyridyl). The structure isostructural nature compounds were determined single‐crystal powder X‐ray diffraction data. photophysical properties obtained studied detail: energies triplet levels furoate d‐blocks {M(fur) (bpy)} Cd), relaxation times excited states, quantum yields determined. ABSTRACT Two new luminescent metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), namely, [Zn 2 (H L ) ] n (1) and {[Cd O) ]⋅(H 0.5 } ( [H 3 = 5‐((4‐(1 H ‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)benzyl)amino)isophthalic acid ligand], have been solvothermally synthesized characterized.
