Abstract Extracting abundant uranium resources from the ocean would contribute greatly to sustainable development of nuclear energy. In this work, it is found that imine N, phenol‐bidentate chelation groups imine‐Covalent‐Organic Frameworks (COFs) are superior sites for weak complexation with uranyl carbonate species. The surprisingly low binding energy −13.36 kcal mol −1 originating coordination bond and hydrogen benefits readily spontaneous decomplexation chelated species by CO 3 2− ions. Through rational design three COFs uniform but varied amine monomer geometry, i.e., pyrene COF (Py‐COF), 1,3,5‐Triazine (TTA‐COF) porphyrin (TAPP‐COF), it's abundantly available ensured high specific surface area strong hydrophilicity Py‐COF TTA‐COF result in highly reversible capture‐release during cycled extraction seawater mild elution 2.0 mM Na 2 solution. With 3.0 × cm self‐supported plate fabricated growth on carbon cloth, a record capacity 45 mg g (i.e., day ) achieved within 15 days’ cycles.
