The extensive use of plastic materials and their improper disposal results in high amounts waste the environment. Aging plastics leads to breakdown into smaller particles, such as microplastics (MPs) nanoplastics. This research investigates used agricultural practices they contribute MP pollution soils. distribution characteristics MPs soils were evaluated. In addition, effect on soil properties, relationship between metals soil, fate pesticides influence plant growth analysed, discussing legume, cereal vegetable crops. Finally, a brief description main methods chemical analysis identification is presented. study will better understanding soil-plant system. changes induced by parameters can lead potential benefits it possible increase availability micronutrients reduce uptake toxic elements. Furthermore, although remains an emerging threat ecosystems, presence may result soils, highlighting principles circular economy.

Abstract A low‐cost microfluidic platform integrated with a flexible heater was developed for in situ temperature‐dependent spectroscopic measurement at the point of care. After verifying system by comparing on‐chip methylene blue conventional spectroscopy, we demonstrated its applications absorption spectroscopy model biomolecule, curcumin. The is portable, battery‐powered and requires ultra‐low volumes analytes, which highly suitable point‐of‐care characterization.
