In order to solve the food safety problem better, it is very important develop a rapid and sensitive technology for detecting contamination residues. Organic photoelectrochemical transistor (OPECT) biosensor rely on photovoltage generated by semiconductor upon excitation light regulate conductivity of polymer channels realize analysis under zero gate bias. This integrates excellent characteristics (PEC) bioanalysis high sensitivity inherent amplification ability organic electrochemical (OECT). Based this, OPECT detection has been proven be superior traditional methods. this review, we summarize research status in disease markers residue analysis, basic principle, classification, biosensing mechanism are briefly introduced, recent applications discussed according signal strategy. We mainly introduced methods applied different fields, including hazard residues such as prostate-specific antigen, heart-type fatty acid binding protein, T-2 toxin milk samples, fat mass objectivity related ciprofloxacin milk. The provides considerable development potential construction platforms many agriculture food, hopes provide some reference future with higher selectivity, faster speed sensitivity.

Medicated bath is the most common spiking method used in development of matrix reference materials for aquatic products; however, environmental issues caused by treatment waste liquid after medicated cannot be ignored. We proposed an environmentally friendly based on microfluidics, which significantly improved drug utilization rate without need subsequent residue treatment. Finely processed minced fish samples were fully mixed with quinolone drugs, and gel microspheres prepared microfluidic technology, utilizing gel's water-locking function to enhance drug-loading capacity. The results showed that this can increase capacity (2.33-4.03 times) compared traditional methods. In addition, material has good stability, concentration was adjustable controllable.
