To discuss the early changes of Glu and Cho in affected areas different types subjective cognitive decline, including amnestic MCI (aMCl), non-amnestic (naMCI) vascular impairment no dementia (VCIND), using Proton Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy ( 1 H-MRS) technology. Vascular dementia (VD) is a disease that affects brain function through cerebrovascular disease. Due to its complex pathogenesis, there no effective drug treatment for VD. The present study aimed evaluate the role of acupoint catgut embedding in rats with VD and possible molecular mechanism.A modified 4 vessel occlusion (4-VO) method was used establish model rat, spatial learning memory ability assessed using Morris water maze (MWM) test. protein expression levels were detected by Western blot. Hematoxylin eosin (HE) staining histological analysis enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) applied serum inflammatory factors.We successfully constructed impairment, hippocampus injury, high response. Treatment significantly reduced escape latency increased time target quadrant platform crossing times. VD-mediated hippocampal tissue damage reaction [down-regulating interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6)] alleviated treatment. Background : Chronic cerebral hypoperfusion (CCH) is a common cause of Vascular cognitive impairment (VCI). The neuroinflammation caused by ischemia play key role in the progression ailment process. over activation NLRP3/Caspase-1/IL-1 β signaling aggravates inflammatory response. We investigated whether NLRP3 inhibitors have protective effect on cranial nerves rats with VCI. Methods Male SD were selected arbitrarily and categorized into sham operation group, CCH group CCH+MCC950 (10 mg/kg). rat model was formed bilateral carotid artery occlusion (BCCAO). changes rat’s blood flow observed laser speckle imaging after operation. given intraperitoneal (i.p) injection normal saline, therapeutic i.p having dose MCC950 behavior analyzed through Y maze open field experiments, hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining technique employed to analyze rats. histological hippocampus under following conditions, cell apoptosis Tune staining, protein expressions NLRP3, IL (interleukin)-1 , cleaved-Caspase-1 Western blot. Results treatment enhanced working memory rats, each showed no motor deficit. As shown HE inhibition reduced neuronal damage pyroptosis. In addition, diminishes appearance IL-1 brain tissue inhibiting inflammasome formation. Conclusions can improve learning ability vascular impairment, mechanism might be linked decreasing apoptosis.
