Colitis,
a
troublesome
inflammatory
disease
that
significantly
impacts
daily
life,
has
garnered
considerable
attention
in
recent
times.
Protolysates

investigated.

examined
molecular
weight
distribution
CFHs
found

86.98%,
indicating
hydrolysis

oligopeptides.
Subsequently,
we
employed
dextran
sulfate
sodium-induced
experimental
model
to
assess
therapeutic

CFHs.

attenuated
pathological
manifestations

mice,

colon
shortening,
tissue
damage.
