CRISPR/Cas12a-based
biosensors

Food
is
a

detection
methods
foodborne
viruses
are
crucial.
Surface-Enhanced
Raman
Scattering
(SERS),
due
to
its
superior
sensitivity
characteristic
fingerprint
spectra,
holds
enormous
potential.
However,
the
limitations
SERS,

specificity.
In

enhance
specificity
accuracy
nucleic

on

developed
CRISPR-Cas12a-mediated
SERS
technique
