Hyaluronic acid (HA) is an acidic mucopolysaccharide of animal origin composed repeating disaccharide units N-acetylglucosamine and glucuronic acid. Due to its excellent biocompatibility, biodegradability, selective affinity for CD44 receptors on cell surfaces, HA widely employed as a drug carrier. In our study, we aimed target subcellular bacteria by grafting cystamine onto scaffolds through amide reaction, producing linker responsive H2S pH changes. Subsequently, hydrophobic dodecylamine was attached HA, forming amphiphilic molecules. These entities can self-assemble into nanomicelles in aqueous solution, thereby encapsulating the antibacterial agent triclosan (TCS). The resulting HA-based system (HASS-TCS) be internalized via CD44-mediated endocytosis, releasing substantial amounts streptomycin TCS H2S-rich environments. Additionally, HASS-TCS has demonstrated effectiveness eradicating biofilms addressing intracellular infections caused Salmonella. This study underscores novel pH-sensitive hyaluronic acid-based delivery with significant potential effective treatment infections.

Nanostructured NdMnO3:rGO samples were synthesized via the ultrasonicated sol-gel method by adding rGO concentrations (0–20 wt.%). The formation of a pure orthorhombic structure having "pnma" space group confirmed absence any secondary phase nanocomposites. bandgap was determined from Tauc's plot to be 2.20–1.74 eV concerning concentrations. highest photocatalytic degradation rate achieved 0.530 for particular concentration 20 wt.%. enhanced activity nanocomposite is attributed higher separation efficiency photo-induced electron-hole pairs and extensive surface contact between NdMnO3. This research work aimed to isolate and culture the bacterium Bacillus paramycoides for biogenic fabrication of zinc oxide nanoparticles, specifically ZnO ZnO-ME nanoparticles (nanoparticles fabricated from bacterial extracts only – ZnO, cell mass including extract ZnO-ME).
