Immunomodulatory Effects of Sodium Hyaluronate Health Drink on Immunosuppressed Mice

This study aimed to explore the immunomodulatory effects and mechanism of a sodium hyaluronate health drink in immunosuppressed mice. The results showed that could improve thymus atrophy, repair spleen cell damage, promote release IL-2, IL-6 TNF-α serum, restore immune deficiency, enhance function. In addition, 16s rRNA sequencing intestinal flora different doses had on low-dose group mice significant up-regulation abundance Lactobacillus promoted formation new genus Akkermansia, while medium- high-dose up-regulated norank-f-Muribaculaceae, stimulated production Alistipes. Sodium may function by changing composition flora, which provided theoretical basis for subsequent product development.
