Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by several fungi and moulds that exert toxicological effects on animals including immunotoxicity, genotoxicity, hepatotoxicity, teratogenicity, neurotoxicity. However, the mechanisms of mycotoxins complex unclear. The nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain (NOD)-like receptor (NLR) family pyrin containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome is a multimeric cytosolic protein composed NLRP3 sensor, ASC adapter protein, caspase-1 effector. Activation plays crucial role in innate immune defence homeostatic maintenance. Recent studies have revealed activation linked to tissue damage inflammation induced mycotoxin exposure. ABSTRACT: Mycotoxins are low molecular weight secondary metabolites produced by some fungi genera, such as Aspergillus, Penicillium, Alternaria, Fusarium, and Claviceps, during their growth in foods. These molecules share several common characteristics, including toxicity, carcinogenesis, teratogenesis animals humans. This review addresses the reproductive, gestational fetal changes induced ochratoxin A, fumonisins, zearalenone, patulin, deoxynivalenol, T-2 toxin. A systematic evaluation of scientific articles was conducted on research portals PubMed Google Scholar using keywords related to topic. The revealed all characteristics available literature, indicating a growing academic concern deposition information about these mycotoxins.

This study investigated the combined effects of deltamethrin and T-2 toxin on animals, utilizing bentonite as a prophylactic agent. The research was conducted white rats, which were orally administered toxins for 20 consecutive days. Subsequently, clinical, hematological, biochemical parameters examined to assess impact animals. Weaning stress causes substantial economic loss in the swine industry. Moreover, weaning-induced intestinal barrier damage and dysfunction of gut-liver axis are associated with reduced growth performance piglets. Metasilicate-based alkaline mineral water (AMW) has shown potential therapeutic effects on gastrointestinal disorders; however, mechanisms involved their overall have not been explored. Here, sodium metasilicate (SMS) was used to prepare metasilicate-based AMW (basal + 500 mg/L SMS). A total 240 newly weaned piglets were allocated Control SMS groups (6 replicate pens per group 20 pen) for a 15-day trial period. Histopathological evaluations conducted using hematoxylin eosin staining. To analyze composition gut microbiota, 16S rRNA PacBio SMRT Gene Full-Length Sequencing performed. Western blotting immunofluorescence employed assess protein expression levels.
