The demand for safe, edible structuring agents across industries such as food, cosmetics, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology has intensified over recent decades. In particular, there is a pressing need to replace trans saturated fatty acids, known contributors cardiovascular other health issues, with healthier alternatives. This study introduces new class of glycolipid-based synthesized from monosaccharides ricinoleic acid, both classified Generally Recognized Safe (GRAS). straightforward synthesis method yields compounds capable self-assembling in various vegetable oils solvents, glycerol, ethylene glycol, poly(ethylene glycol), forming stable oleogels organogels via diverse intermolecular interactions. Morphological investigations using optical microscopy field emission scanning electron (FE-SEM) reveal globular microarchitecture within these molecular gels, 75–150 nm diameters. Rheological analyses confirm the gels' viscoelasticity, thermal processability, thixotropic behavior, supporting their adaptability formulations. These findings underscore potential self-assembled glycolipids 5a 5d, which form versatile, health-conscious significant applications food technology.

Thirty-six novel pyrazole-heterocyclic-amide analogues were designed, synthesized, and characterized. The bioassay results showed that most target compounds exhibited good fungicidal activities against Rhizoctonia solani, Gibberella zeae, Pseudoperonospora cubensis, Helminthosporium maydis, Coniothyrium diplodiella at 20 μg/mL. Compounds 6d, 6f, 6l, 6j possessed better than the commercial fungicide prochloraz H. maydis. Their half maximal effective concentration (EC50) values 0.47, 0.26, 0.58, 0.69 μg/mL, respectively, EC50 value of was 0.77 Furthermore, inhibitory for bioactive determined sterol 14α-demethylase (CYP51), displayed they had prominent activities, also CYP51, their (IC50) 0.543, 0.29, 0.77, 0.66, 0.86 respectively. molecular dynamics simulations compound 6f stronger affinity to CYP51 prochloraz, estimated ΔGbind -44.9 -37.2 kcal/mol found

The introduction of groups with high drug activity is an effective strategy for discovering novel succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor (SDHI) fungicides, providing insights the future design SDHI fungicides higher efficacy and resistance. In this study, we designed synthesized a series pyrazole/thiazole derivatives containing cyano/thiocyanato evaluated them antifungal activity. Some compounds exhibited promising activities against tested fungi, among them, B31 B35 displayed excellent in vitro Rhizoctonia solani EC50 values 1.83 1.08 μg/mL, which were close proximity to commercial fungicide boscalid (EC50 = 0.87 μg/mL).
