We report a general and functional-group-tolerant method for the Cu-catalyzed amination of base-sensitive aryl bromides including substrates possessing acidic functional groups small five-membered heteroarenes. The results presented herein substantially expand scope C–N coupling reactions. combination L8, an anionic N1,N2-diarylbenzene-1,2-diamine ligand, along with mild base NaOTMS leads to formation stable yet reactive catalyst that resists deactivation from coordination heterocycles or charged intermediates. This system enables use low ligand loadings. Exploiting differences in nucleophile deprotonation C–O reactions catalyzed by Cu·L8 we developed chemoselectively N- O-arylate variety amino alcohol substrates. Employing NaOt-Bu as resulted exclusively when alcohols featured primary more hindered amines aniline groups. Utilizing enabled ability override steric-based selectivity these completely promoted regardless structure alcohol. invert observed chemoselectivity is distinct previously described methods require protecting group manipulations rely entirely on steric effects control reactivity. These improve using ligands introduce new chemoselective arylate alcohols.

This review highlights the hydroelementation reactions of conjugated and separated diynes, which depending on process conditions, catalytic system, as well type reagents, leads to formation various products: enynes, dienes, allenes, polymers, or cyclic compounds. The presence two triple bonds in diyne structure makes these compounds important reagents but selective product is often difficult owing problems associated with maintaining appropriate reaction regio- stereoselectivity. Herein we this topic gain knowledge reactivity diynes systematise range information relating their use reactions. divided according addition E-H (E = Mg, B, Al, Si, Ge, Sn, N, P, O, S, Se, Te) bond bond(s) diyne, reagent used, formed. This Review examines parts per million (ppm) palladium concentrations in catalytic cross-coupling reactions and their relationship with mole percentage (mol %). Most studies chemistry have historically focused on the concentration ratio between (pre)catalyst limiting reagent (substrate), expressed as mol %. Several recent papers outlined use of "ppm level" an alternative means describing reaction systems. led us to delve deeper into literature assess whether is a practically useful descriptor catalyst quantities palladium-catalyzed reactions. POM/MOF composites have strong acidity, oxygen-rich surface, and redox capacity due to typical characteristics POMs the large surface area, highly organized structures, tunable pore size, shape are MOFs. Such hybrid materials gained a lot attention astonishing structural features, hence potential applications organic catalysis, sorption separation, proton conduction, magnetism, lithium-ion batteries, supercapacitors, electrochemistry, medicine, bio-fuel, so on. The exceptional chemical physical POMOFs make them useful as catalysts simple transformations with high selectivity. Here, thorough catalytic study starts brief introduction related MOFs, is followed by synthetic strategies these several transformations. Furthermore, conversions like oxidation, condensation, esterification, some other types reactions including photocatalytic discussed length their plausible mechanisms. disadvantages difficulties faced field also been explored briefly from our perspectives.
