Thermodynamic parameters play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing crystallization processes. In this investigation, the solubility profiles of erythromycin thiocyanate dihydrate were determined gravimetrically under atmospheric pressure (0.1 MPa) across six monosolvent systems (methanol, n-propanol, methyl acetate, ethyl propyl water) two binary solvent mixtures (water–methanol water–n-propanol), spanning temperature range 278.15–318.15 K. The results showed that is apparently affected by type. For pure solvents, has higher alcohol lower ester solvents water. mixed systems, exhibits reduced with water content. experimental values correlated using Apelblat, Yaws, Van’t Hoff models, Apelblat model showing best fitting effect. model, Jouyban Acre CNIBS/R-K employed for data correlation better results.
