In this study, cuproptosis ferroptosis-related genes were used to construct a prognostic model lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) patients. Methods TCGA database was acquire RNA sequencing data clinical information LUAD samples. The Cox LASSO regression analysis performed signature. addition, GSEA, GO, KEGG investigate potential molecular mechanism. Moreover, we analyzed relationship between our identified signature immune cell infiltration, microenvironment, immunotherapy response, drug sensitivity analysis. Results Three prognosis related selected (SRXN1, GLS2, SLC2A1). Finally, in vitro experiments qRT-PCR, western blot, scratch test, colony-formation, lipid ROS validate expression function of SRXN1 gene. Conclusion Combined with clinicopathological characteristics, risk validated as new independent factor LUAD.
