Nanomedicines have significantly advanced the development of diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for various diseases, while they still encounter numerous challenges. Upon entry into human body, nanomedicines interact with biomolecules to form a layer proteins, which is defined as protein corona that influences biological properties nanomedicines. Traditional approaches primarily focused on designing stealthy evade biomolecule adsorption; however, due intricacies environment within this method cannot completely prevent adsorption. As research progresses, manipulating modulate in vivo behaviors has become focus. In review, modern influencing efficacy by corona, along their wide-ranging applications across diverse diseases are critically summarized, highlighted discussed.
