Abstract Significant progress has been achieved in the development of p ‐type polymers with high hole mobilities. However, advancement n comparatively slower, and lack high‐performance electron‐deficient materials continues to hinder practical application various electronic devices. In this study, a new conjugated polymer, PNDTzI , is synthesized based on thiazole‐fused naphthalene diimide unit. The incorporation two thiazole rings at β ‐position ring effectively reduced steric hindrance between thiophene units, resulting an optimized backbone conformation. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations cyclic voltammetry measurements show that exhibits highly planar structure relatively deep lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level −3.95 eV, facilitating efficient electron injection transport. Field‐effect transistors (FETs) using as semiconducting layer exhibited typical transport characteristics mobility up 0.12 cm 2 V −1 s . Additionally, thermoelectric performance ‐doped films evaluated, doped thin film shows Seebeck coefficient −354 µV K power factor (PF) 0.04 µWm −2
