Abstract High‐entropy oxides are garnering increased attention due to their unique properties engineered by chemical disorders. Chemical disorders can cause random potential spatial fluctuations and the resulting anomalous photoconductivity, while they have not yet been exploited in high‐entropy for usefulness. In this work, persistent photoconductivity (PPC) behavior perovskite Ba(Zr 0.2 Sn Ti Hf Nb )O 3 thin films is reported used it as a basis develop artificial photonic synapses. This synapse emulate distinctive biological synaptic features such excitatory postsynaptic current, paired‐pulse facilitation, transition from short‐term memory long‐term memory, learning‐forgetting processes. also implement basic “AND” “OR” logic operations. addition, 5×5 array built mimic spatiotemporal sensing functions of visual sensing‐memory system, exhibiting improved accuracy dynamic machine vision classification tasks compared traditional systems. study highlights application neuromorphic computing
