Abstract The integration of photothermal de‐icing and micro/nanostructured anti‐icing technologies into a surface is regarded as promising solution to solve ice accretion aggravated. Unfortunately, light‐dependent heat effect large‐scale production micro/nano building still challenge the ability applications for real‐world. Herein, stick‐and‐play film embedded with bioinspired thermal‐management cells developed. Inspired by hollow framework lotus seedpods, hydrophobic microcells (THMC) are designed incorporating candle soot insulating porous diatomite. Once embedding such PDMS substrate, resulting THMC delivers effective since synergy insulation design. COMSOL simulations demonstrate thermal management “framework” “photothermal seeds,” which causes increases in heating rate 20% equilibrium temperature 10%. Moreover, self‐similarity structure THMCs enable them have durable hydrophobicity (148.7°) (79.9 °C) even after repeated abrasions. When functionality imparted designing adjustable milli‐suction cups, this could adhere effectively various surfaces despite dry humid conditions while maintaining efficient anti‐/de‐icing capabilities. This study provides strategy robust films constructed from finds flexible use diverse surfaces.
