Polarization is one of the fundamental properties electromagnetic waves, and polarization devices based on metasurfaces have a wide range potential applications in detection, communication, other fields. Based phase orthogonal direction rotation angle meta-atom metal grating embedded substrate, universal method proposed to control metasurfaces. Among them, provides parameter diagonal position Jones matrix, matrix. The integration gratings simplifies transmission further enabling arbitrary adjustment. metasurface integrating selection, control, multiplexing achieves simultaneous linear, circular, elliptical polarizations.
