We successfully developed a decatungstate-catalyzed benzylic C(sp3)-H alkylation of sulfonanilides by utilizing the hydrogen bond between sulfonamide group substrates and decatungstate photocatalysts. Using this catalytic system, site-selective was achieved at position near group.
