We
prepared

Drug
delivery
systems
(DDSs)
based
on
liposomes
are
potential
tools
to

two-step

nanoparticles
(PDA@Lipo/DOX/ICG).

safety

investigated

cells,
cellular
uptake,
intracellular
ROS
production
capacity,
treatment
effect
assessed
human
breast
cells
MDA-MB-231.
In
vivo
biodistribution,
thermal
imaging,
biosafety
assessment,

Tendon
regeneration
is
greatly
influenced
by
the
oxidant
and
inflammatory
microenvironment.
Persistent
inflammation
during
tendon
repair
can
cause
matrix
degradation,
adhesion,
excessive
accumulation
of
reactive
oxygen
species
(ROS),
while
ROS
affect
extracellular
remodeling
integration.
Herein,
we
used
tannic
acid
(TA)
to
modify
a
decellularized
slice
(DTS)
fabricate
functional
scaffold
(DTS-TA)
with
antioxidant
anti-inflammatory
properties
for
repair.
The
characterizations
cytocompatibility
scaffolds
were
examined
in
vitro.
activities
evaluated
vitro
further
studied
vivo
using
subcutaneous
implantation
model.
It
was
found
that
modified
DTS
combined
TA
via
hydrogen
bonds
covalent
bonds,
hydrophilicity,
thermal
stability,
biodegradability,
mechanical
characteristics
significantly
improved.
Afterward,
results
demonstrated
DTS-TA
could
effectively
reduce
increasing
M2/M1
macrophage
ratio
interleukin-4
(IL-4)
expression,
decreasing
secretion
interleukin-6
(IL-6)
interleukin-1β
(IL-1β),
as
well
scavenging
vivo.
In
summary,
provides
potential
versatile
regeneration.

Over
the
last
decades,
food
packaging
has
advanced
significantly,

Abstract
In
this
work,
an
active
protective
epoxy
coating
with
weathering
resistant,
corrosion-warning,
and
self-healing
properties
was
developed
by
incorporating
tannic
acid
(TA)
loaded
mesoporous
silica
(MSN-TA)
nanocontainers.
The
introduction
of
MSN-TA
nanocontainers
could
alleviate
the
degradation
via
scavenging
radicals
generated
during
UV
irradiation.
Compared
blank
coating,
containing
5
wt.%
exhibited
much
less
in
surface
morphology,
wettability
glossiness,
maintained
a
good
barrier
property
after
384
h
accelerated
weathering.
Once
damaged,
released
TA
react
Fe
3+
ions
to
form
chelate

black
