Nanozymes are nanomaterials with enzyme-mimetic activity. It is known that DNA can interact various nanozymes in different ways, enhancing or inhibiting the activity of nanozymes, which be used to develop biosensors. In this work, we synthesized a photosensitive covalent–organic framework (Tph-BT) as nanozyme, and its oxidase peroxidase activities could reversely regulated by surface modification single-stranded (ssDNA) for colorimetric detection UO22+. Tph-BT exhibits excellent weak activity, it surprising find UO22+-specific aptamer significantly inhibit while greatly The present UO22+ interacts form secondary structures detaches from Tph-BT, thereby restoring enzymatic Tph-BT. Based on reversed regulation effects two types novel "off-on" "on-off" sensing platform constructed analysis This research demonstrates ssDNA effectively regulate single COFs achieve sensitive selective radionuclides naked eye.

Conversion of CO2 into solar fuels via artificial photosynthesis is one the most promising and sustainable approaches to mitigate global warming worldwide energy shortage. Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) exhibit well-defined arrangements building blocks, tunable porosity, high thermal chemical stability in harsh conditions. The band gaps COFs by suitably introducing chromophoric light-harvesting units make them a unique class metal-free heterogeneous photocatalysts for successful conversion fuel. In this work, we report simple, efficient, low-cost 2D COF (TTA-Tz) composed 1,3,5-tris-(4-aminophenyl)triazine (TTA) 4,4′-(thiazolo[5,4-d]thiazole-2,5-diyl)dibenzaldehyde (Tz) photocatalytic reduction. 2D-layered exfoliated ultrathin covalent nanosheets (CONs), which shows visible-light-driven photoreduction CO (yield = 2.8 mmol g–1, rate 82 μmol h–1 selectivity >99%) aqueous medium without an external sacrificial electron donor. Interestingly, mixed solvent system, evolution (163 g–1 h–1) found double than case with 99% selectivity. By both BNAH TEA as donors, significant amount CH4 (499 g–1) produced (310 further enhanced. mechanistic insight reduction studied DFT-based theoretical calculation, supported situ diffuse reflectance spectroscopy study.

Simple and accurate monitoring of urinary dopamine (DA) concentration is significant, which helpful for the assessment or exclusion catecholamine-producing tumors, such as pheochromocytoma paraganglioma. Herein, a fluorescence/colorimetry/smartphone triple-mode sensing platform DA determination was constructed using copper ion (Cu2+)-modified hydrazone-linked covalent organic frameworks (Cu-BTA-COF). Cu-BTA-COF with 21.67 wt % content exhibited peroxidase-mimic activity. After adding H2O2 1,3-dihydroxynaphthalene, can sensitively selectively detect in three modes consistent results. In modes, linear ranges were 1–10, 0.2–40, 1–10 μM, related detection limits 7.2, 8.6, 23 nM, respectively. Moreover, be explored human urine samples satisfactory recoveries (97.6–100.4%) all suggesting potential practical application urine.
