Understanding how the spatial distribution of adhesive ligands regulates cell behavior is crucial for designing biomaterials. Electrospun porous nanofibers have gained a lot of interest recently in various fields because their adjustable structure, high specific surface area, and large number active sites, which can further enhance the performance materials. This paper provides an overview common polymers, preparation, applications electrospun nanofibers. Firstly, polymers commonly used to construct structures main pore-forming methods by electrospinning, namely template method phase separation method, are introduced. Secondly, recent air purification, water treatment, energy storage, biomedicine, food packaging, sensor, sound wave absorption, flame retardant, heat insulation reviewed. In this nano era, nanomaterials and nanostructures are popular in developing novel functional materials. In this nanotechnology era, nanostructures play a crucial role in the investigation of novel functional nanomaterials. Complex and their corresponding fabrication techniques provide powerful tools for development high-performance materials. study, advanced micro-nanomanufacturing technologies composite micro-nanostructures were applied to new type pharmaceutical formulation, aiming achieve rapid hemostasis, pain relief, antimicrobial properties. Briefly, an approach combining electrohydrodynamic atomization (EHDA) technique reversed-phase solvent was employed fabricate beaded nanofiber structure (BNS), consisting micrometer-sized particles distributed on nanoscale fiber matrix. Firstly, Zein-loaded Yunnan Baiyao (YB) prepared using solution electrospraying process. Subsequently, these suspended co-solvent containing ciprofloxacin (CIP) hydrophilic polymer polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) electrospun into hybrid structural microfibers handheld electrospinning device, forming EHDA product E3. The fiber-beaded morphology E3 confirmed through scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images. Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed amorphous state CIP BNS membrane due good compatibility between PVP. dissolution experiment that exhibits fast disintegration properties promotes CIP. Moreover, vitro drug release study demonstrated complete within 1 min. Antibacterial assays showed significant reduction number adhered bacteria BNS, indicating excellent antibacterial performance. This study presents a glucose biosensor based on electrospun core-sheath nanofibers. Two types of film were fabricated using different electrospinning procedures. Film F1 was composed solely nanofibers modified coaxial process. Abstract In the last 30 years, there are ≈60 000 publications about electrospun nanofibers, but it is still unclear whether nanoscale fibers really necessary for tissue engineering scaffolds. The present report puts forward this argument and reveals that compared with microfibers diameter of ≈3 µm (named as “oligo‐micro fiber”) more appropriate scaffolds owing to their better cell infiltration ability caused by larger pores available nuclear deformation. To further increase pore sizes, poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL) fabricated using latticed collectors meshes. Fiber orientation leads sufficient mechanical strength albeit increases porosity. exhibit good biocompatibility improve infiltration. Under aortic conditions in vitro, performances satisfactory terms acute systolic hemodynamic functionality, except higher regurgitation fraction enlarged pores. This hierarchical scaffold sparse macropores oligo‐micro filaments provides new insights into design scaffolds, may provide living heart valves regenerative capabilities patients severe valve disease future.

Students' behaviors have a close relationship with their learning efficiencies, particularly about professional knowledge. Different types of should different influences. Disclosing the special between undergraduate students' conscious safety in laboratory experiments efficiencies is important for fostering them into talents. In this study, course entitled "Advanced Methods Materials Characterization" was arranged to contain three sections: theoretical classroom, eight characterization sequence, and self-training apply final examination, eighteen percent allocated examination questions issues.
