A key factor in enhancing molecular-level detection is the analyte's potential to direct a visible photophysical characteristic. Here, we describe molecular probe, Xanth-CHO, and studies on how ethylenediamine (EDA) 1,3-diaminopropane (DAP) cause fluorescence turn-on reactions that allow their an aqueous buffer. Since Xanth-CHO aggregate state buffer, presence of EDA or DAP modifies this causes probe undergo radiative decay by producing imine products Xanth-CHO. Abstract Despite achieving a significant demand, single‐component white light (SCWL) generation from polymeric materials is fundamental challenge. Moreover, SCWL emission conjugated microporous polymers (CMPs) sporadic. So far, all these emissive CMPs are typically constructed by linking electron‐donor and acceptor systems using expensive metal/ligands at higher temperatures long duration. Herein, facile metal/ligand‐free approach developed to access newly designed, conformationally twisted, electron‐rich, vinylene‐linked dual‐state WL polymer quantitatively 25 °C via Horner‐Wadsworth‐Emmons reaction. This CMP emits intense in solution yellow the solid state, after blending with polyvinyl alcohol, generates flexible, thin film. Among incorporated electron‐rich units, suitably oriented triphenylamine acts as donor anthracene an acceptor. Such donor–acceptor units facilitate emitting entire visible region. The [CIE (Commission Internationale de l'Éclairage): 0.29, 0.32] tuned adjusting concentration dimethyl sulfoxide, film state produces CIE of (0.30, 0.32). Based on observations, origin anticipated blue‐emissive yellow‐emissive cores intramolecular charge transfer process. It introduces easy economical SCWL‐emissive for potential device applications.

This work introduces metal/column-free facile quantitative access to conformationally twisted catechol-linked organophosphonate (CAP) as a blue-emitting solid that could reversibly detect only 1,3-diaminopropane (DAP) and 1,2-ethylenediamine (EDA) vapors, belonging industrially pharmaceutically abundant crucial diamines. In CAP, two adjacent hydroxy groups in benzene ring facilitate selective diamine–dihydroxy (amine–phenol type) interactions the phase, leading quenched emission with selectively smaller aliphatic PAs, is, DAP EDA. The disparity was noticed an isomeric resorcinol-linked emitter (RAP), detecting various polyamine vapors superior sensitivity. A one-carbon-away placed group RAP can generate monoamine–hydroxy complex, not diamine–dihydroxy. more acidic nature of resorcinol would prefer ionizing amines and, consequently, creating amine/hydroxy interactions. More systematic investigations reveal exciting role amine–hydroxy realization for catechol analog phase syn–anti conformation CAP. Unlike RAP's available crystal void space creates considerable room which come closer facilitates amine–phenol phosphonates detection PAs is also examined. Observed outcomes are substantiated by FT-IR, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, SEM, XPS, mass spectroscopic studies. proposed further supported DFT-optimized molecular structures.

: A luminescent calix[5]arene with a covalently linked dansyl chromophore substituent has been successfully used, both in solution and the gas phase (ESI-MS), for recognition of biogenic amines that contain linear alkylammonium structural unit. Binding constant values, determined by fluorescence spectroscopy, revealed greater affinity cadaverine, spermidine, L-lysine, which terminal ammonium group allows additional stabilizing interactions moiety.
