Electronic skins (e-skins) have seen intense research and rapid development in the past two decades. To mimic capabilities of human skin, a multitude flexible/stretchable sensors that detect physiological environmental signals been designed integrated into functional systems. Recently, researchers increasingly deployed machine learning other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to neural system for processing analysis sensory data collected by e-skins. Abstract The precise, simultaneous, and rapid detection of essential biomarkers in human tears is imperative for monitoring both ocular systemic health. utilization a wearable colorimetric biochemical sensor exhibits potential achieving swift concurrent pivotal tears. Nevertheless, challenges arise the collection, interpretation, sharing data from sensor, thereby restricting practical implementation this technology. To overcome these challenges, research introduces an artificial intelligence-assisted microfluidic system (AI-WMCS) rapid, non-invasive, simultaneous key tears, including vitamin C, H + (pH), Ca 2+ , proteins. consists flexible epidermal patch that collects facilitates reaction, deep-learning neural network-based cloud server analysis (CSDAS) embedded smartphone enabling color acquisition, auto-correction, display. enhance accuracy, well-trained multichannel convolutional recurrent network (CNN-GRU) corrects errors interpreted concentration caused by varying pH temperature different measurements. test set determination coefficients (R 2 ) 1D-CNN-GRU predicting 3D-CNN-GRU other three were as high 0.998 0.994, respectively. This correction significantly improves accuracy predicted concentration, accurate, quick four critical tear using only minute amounts ( ~ 20 μL). demonstrates powerful integration biosensor algorithm, which holds immense to revolutionize fields health monitoring.
