emerged

a
promising
material
to
address
the
issues
of
instability
and
toxicity
associated
with
lead-based
materials.
Metal
ion
doping
or
alloying
strategies
been
widely
used
tailor
optimize
optical
electrical
properties
semiconductor
In
this
study,
we
prepared
monodisperse
Cs2AgBiBr6
NCs
uniform
morphology
(8
±
1
nm)
excellent
crystallinity
using
thermal
injection
method.
Compared
photoluminescence
quantum
yield
(PLQY)
(∼0.4%),
highest
PLQY
Cs2Ag0.64K0.36BiBr6
reached
6.82%,
an
extended
exciton
lifetime
from
2.08
10.64
ns,
which
is
approximately
5.1
times
longer.
The
binding
energy
(Eb)
longitudinal
phonon
(ℏωop)
were
measured
be
197.9
31.7
meV,
respectively.
For
NCs,
values
Eb
ℏωop
determined
317.6
53.1
These
results
indicate
that
nonradiative
recombination
in
weaker
compared
resulting
improved
PLQY.
K+-alloyed
exhibit
potential
for
application
light-emitting
diodes.
