Abstract Electrohydrodynamic (EHD) jet printing represents a novel micro/nano-scale additive manufacturing process that utilises high-voltage induced electric field between the nozzle and substrate to print micro/nanoscale structures. EHD is particularly advantageous for fabrication on flexible or non-flat substrates of large aspect ratio micro/nanostructures composite multi-material Despite this, has yet be fully industrialised due its low throughput, which primarily caused by limitations serial technology. The parallel multi-nozzle array-based become most promising option achieve large-scale increasing number nozzles realise multichannel printing. Quantum dots (QDs) are vital for virtual reality and augmented displays due to their tunable optical properties. Although QD color converters enable blue light-emitting diode down-conversion green/red, efficiency stability issues hinder high-end display applications. Here, we employ a cross-linking-assisted hierarchical confined assembly method fabricate red, green, arrays. Specifically, micropillar templates with asymmetric wettability used sequentially deposit green red microwire arrays in mutually orthogonal directions on film, forming RGB 4,4′-Bis(3-vinyl-9H-carbazol-9-yl)1,1′-biphenyl (CBP-V) is introduced into QDs solve the problem of crosstalk. Full-color pixel resolutions 1814–2117 pixels per inch (PPI) successfully fabricated. Upon integration devices, adjustable emission from cool white light warm observed, peak external quantum (EQE) 16.14% luminance 226 054 cd m–2.

Halide vacancies on the surfaces of cesium lead halide perovskite (CsPbX3, X = Cl, Br, or I) nanocrystals (NCs) play a crucial role in their photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) and photostability. However, effectively passivating these remains challenge. Here, 2-bromohexadecanoic acid (BHA) is introduced as bidentate auxiliary ligand for CsPbX3 NCs. The CsPbBr3 CsPbBr1.5I1.5 NCs, comodified with BHA, oleic (OA), oleylamine (OLA) 20% OA substituted by are synthesized using hot-injection technique designated BHA-CsPbBr3 BHA-CsPbBr1.5I1.5 NCs exhibit PLQY 97% retain 42.19% original intensity after 48 h continuous ultraviolet light exposure.
