In this work, we proposed, for what believe to be the first time, a wearable optical sensor based on higher-order harmonic fiber Bragg grating (FBG), which has advantages of easy fabrication, visible window operation and cross-talk removal. The fifth-order was inscribed by use conventional C-band phase masks excimer laser but resonated in spectrum. FBG can not only significantly improve bandwidth utilization, also endow with visual perception. As encapsulated PDMS pad, held temperature bending sensitivity 7.16 pm/°C 4 pm/deg, respectively. Furthermore, taking advantage abundant resonances FBG, matrix established orchestration fifth second-order discriminate cross-sensitivity between bending. Our research provides new sight future development sensors.
