Aramid fibers exhibit outstanding properties such as heat resistance, chemical dimensional stability, durability and elongation. However, their poor dispersibility poses a significant challenge when preparing composites. Consequently, converting aramid into nanofibers is crucial to enhance dispersibility. In this study, with excellent were prepared by applying supercritical fluid drying process. Technora based copolymer para-aramid (CANF) reacting in DMSO/KOH basic solution within short processing time (i.e., less than 3 h), dried We obtained uniformly dispersed CANF without the change composition. addition, uniform translucent membrane sheets vacuum filtration methods. Their tensile strength was be 23 MPa high stability even at 100 °C shrinkage, which can provide possibility of separator for lithium-ion batteries.
