Nanoarchitectonics, as a post‐nanotechnology concept, represents methodology for the construction of functional materials employing atoms, molecules, and nanomaterials essential components. Metal–organic framework (MOF) has been reported as unrivaled inorganic–organic three-dimensional hybrid nanoparticles with high specific surface area and valuable structural, microstructural, physical attributes. This cutting edge overview systematically outlines the scientific impact of MOF inclusions in polymeric matrices enfolding fundamentals nanoparticles, subsequent nanocomposite categories, probable potential multi-functional polymer/MOF systems. Acupuncture, rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), serves as a complementary and alternative therapeutic modality that involves the insertion of needles into specific body points to stimulate treat variety conditions. Over time, acupuncture has garnered global acceptance, progressively addressing an increasing spectrum medical disorders. The integration nanotechnology holds considerable potential improve drug delivery efficacy broaden scope acupuncture's applications, providing novel opportunities for investigating underlying principles meridians acupoints. A bibliometric analysis application over past two decades (2004-2024) highlights emerging research trends focal field. This article provides overview history, biological mechanisms, preparation methods, clinical status nanoacupuncture, with focus on analyzing applications nanoacupuncture technology. Nanotechnology enables visualization imaging acupoints, facilitating deeper understanding physiological mechanisms behind effects. Modified incorporating can serve dual purposes: functioning sensors real-time monitoring various parameters, thereby supporting disease diagnosis enhancing through specialized interventions.
