Abstract Yb 3+ is regarded as an efficient near‐infrared‐II (NIR‐II) emitting activator, which has been widely used in energy conversion, up‐conversion luminescence and optical communication. However, the simple level structure of makes it can only be excited by ultraviolet or infrared light, limits their application currently booming phosphor converted NIR‐II light diodes (NIR‐II pc‐LEDs). Here, “Eu 2+ bridge” strategy presented to largely extend absorption visible range, successfully realize pumped emission via transfer from Eu . Meanwhile, balance valence state reduced oxidized , pre‐prepared EuS precursor instead 2 O 3 significantly increases 6 times. Detailed enhancement mechanism are discussed. Finally, a pc‐LED fabricated with photoelectric efficiency 12.61%@50 mA output power 74.09 mW@300 mA. Subsequently, miniaturized real‐time test system integrated based on convolutional neural network technology accurate predict organic solvents different concentrations. This study not introduces new light‐excited ‐doped phosphors, but also promotes innovative NIR spectroscopy technology.

Abstract Persistent luminescence (PersL) in inorganic phosphors offers great potential for anti‐counterfeiting and optical storage, with optimization of PersL, multicolor tuning, defect engineering. This study presents a Ca 3 Ga 2 Ge O 12: Pr 3+ (CGGO:Pr) phosphor long‐lasting PersL emissions. Aliovalent codoping Er Yb ions optimizes deep/shallow trap redistribution, controlling depths from 0.98 to optimal 0.73 eV through the creation new shallow electron traps (Yb • , ) alongside existing V levels. The smart /Er /Yb :CGGO exhibits three‐dimensional visible emissions under 275 380 nm excitation, as well upconversion 980 laser irradiation. Hybrid density functional calculations, thermoluminescence, positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy revealed nature different PersL. Together, single system featuring has been developed, exhibiting improved regulated (≈0.73 eV) suitable robust multimodal documents, pharmaceuticals, industrial products. Furthermore, composite PMMA‐CGGO:Pr films have shown remarkable capability X‐ray imaging, achieving resolution 4 lp/mm, which exceeds that commercial Gd S:Tb screens. These findings highlight this work advanced imaging applications, offering enhanced controlled depths.

Abstract NIR phosphors based on commercial LED pumping are gained great concerns. However, blue excitation and lack of broadband still obstacles. Herein, NIR‐II emitting ZnGa 2 O 4 : Fe 3+ , Ni 2+ with autologous defects designed. Self‐PL is associated intrinsic including [GaO 6 ], antisite () oxygen ( i ). Based efficient energy transfer, ZGO: exhibits emission. To improve PL efficiency an repairing engineering via anionic F − ‐substitution artifice executed, resulting in high quantum ≈64.6% splendid thermal stability (≈75.5%@423K) for ZGOF: . The reduction local site symmetry after F‐substitution splits states purely octahedral crystal field also helps to relief the Laporte selection rule widens excitation/PL spectra efficiency. A phosphor‐converted (pc‐LED) by combination a n UV chip remote ʻcappingʼ packaging strategy radiant power fabricated its versatile applications night vision, non‐destructive detection, food analysis optical pressure sensing demonstrated. This study paves feasible way realize high‐quality phosphor corresponding device wide applications.
