Both obesity and metabolic disorders are global medical problems. Driven by prolonged inflammation, increases the risk of developing syndromes such as fatty liver, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases cancers. The fat mass obesity-associated protein (FTO) is an m6A demethylase, elevated activity which known to promote pathogenesis many disorders, leading establishment various FTO inhibitors.
