We report a fully addressable smart textile display using quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QD-LEDs) featuring highly durable electrode. The key innovation lies in the development of an ultrathin oxide/metal hybrid structure for electrode, which achieves mechanical bending durability surpassing indium tin oxide (ITO) optimized composed MoO3 and Au, exhibits transmittance T 550 = 81%, while maintaining sheet resistance R s 17.92, achieving Figure Merit (FoM) 0.0077. tests further demonstrate that QD-LEDs with this electrode retain their luminance up to 6325 cd m-2 after undergoing 500 cycles at radius 5 mm. Furthermore, study introduces not only mechanically robust device, but also integration method systems by employing innovative lateral driving system architecture enabling precise addressing individual display.
