In this work, the grinding angle hexahedron SrTiO3 was prepared and modified by Al doping methods, which could improve its photocatalytic overall water splitting performance. The Raman spectrum results indicated that TiO6 polarizability be with γ-Al2O3 doping. More importantly, 27Al NMR spectroscopy analysis AlO4, originated from nano as Al-doping sources, tends to transformed into AlO6 form α-Al2O3 influence further accelerates separation of photocarriers via served trap photogenerated holes, proved dynamic transient absorption (TAS).
