Abstract Mn 2+ doped CsPbCl 3 nanocrystals (Mn :CsPbCl NCs) show immense promise in lighting and display technologies owing to their outstanding optical characteristics. Nonetheless, high defect density, inefficient doping, poor structural robustness pose considerable challenges the synthesis of NCs with photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) long‐term stability. This study introduces an eco‐friendly room‐temperature post‐treatment method utilizing MgCl 2 /oleylamine solution, boosting total PLQY from 65% 98%, including a 30% increase for emission. Additionally, significantly improves NCs’ resilience against UV light, retaining 80% initial PL intensity after 120 hours exposure. Comprehensive analyses density functional theory simulation temperature‐dependent spectra suggested that enhancement is due improved doping efficiency effective passivation native vacancy defects. The stability enhanced by replacing Pb Mg , mitigating lattice distortions within [PbCl 6 ] 4− octahedral framework. color rendering index white light‐emitting diodes fabricated post‐treated achieves exceptional value 98. work offers novel insights into fabrication high‐PLQY NCs, advancing practical deployment perovskite nanomaterials various industries.
