There
are
abundant
natural
products
resources
and
extensive
clinical
use
experience
in
China.
However,
the
active
components
of
generally
have
problems
such
as
poor
water
solubility
low
bioavailability,
which
limit
their
druggability.
Carrier-free
nanoparticles,
nanocrystals,
self-assembled
extracellular
vesicles
derived
from
both
animal
plant
sources,
great
application
potential
improving
safety
efficacy
drugs
due
to
simple
flexible
preparation
methods,
high
drug
loading
capacity
delivery
efficiency,
well
long
half-life
blood
circulation.
It
has
been
widely
used
biomedical
fields
anti-tumor,
anti-bacterial,
anti-inflammatory
anti-oxidation.
Therefore,
based
on
that
clinic,
this
review
focuses
advantages
carrier-free
nanoparticles
delivering
compounds,
order
improve
process
vivo
draggability.

Abstract
Radiotherapy
induced
skin
defect
(RISD)
is
a
severe
radiotherapy
complication
with
persistent
oxidative
stress
and
recurrent
excessive
reactive
oxygen
species
(ROS),
impeding
normal
tissue
repair
processes.
Nevertheless,
the
lack
of
standardized
animal
model
severely
hinders
progress
related
research
work.
We
develop
novel
strategy
for
repairing
RISD
microenvironment,
which
combines
initial
ROS
clearance,
subsequent
inhibition
production
proliferation
cell
pathways/functions.
As
proof
concept,
composite
microneedle
(MN)
patch
comprising
γ‐polyglutamic
acid
as
base
ruthenium
(Ru)
clusters
modified
magnesium
silicate
nanosheets
(MSR
NSs)
enzyme‐like
component
prepared.
The
Ru
have
excellent
scavenging
ability
help
activate
peroxisome
proliferators
activated
receptor
signaling
pathway
confirmed
by
sequencing
analysis
while
degraded
under
physiological
conditions
to
release
ions

enhancing
proliferation,
