In this study, with the aim of adapting an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) system for point-of-care testing (POCT), we propose image analysis method ELISAs using a centrifugal microfluidic device that automatically executes assay. The developed can be used to quantify color development reaction on TMB (3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine) substrate. conventional ELISA, stopping reagents are required at end reaction. contrast, analyze in color-developing without reagent.
