ABSTRACT The recently approved combination of foslevodopa and foscarbidopa by the United States Food Drug Administration provides a major advancement in treatment Parkinson's disease. This therapy helps to maintain consistent plasma levels levodopa, thereby minimizing overall symptom patients. A robust validated RP‐HPLC method has been developed due novelty drug its recent approval regulatory agencies. optimized chromatographic conditions included use C18 column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 µm), an isocratic mobile phase acetonitrile: 0.1% formic acid (30:70), flow rate 1.0 mL/min, injection volume 10 µL, detection at 272 nm, ambient temperature 25°C, with total runtime 6 min. Background: Parkinson’s Disease (PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by motor impairments, including balance deficits, gait disturbances, and postural instability. Given the limitations of pharmacological treatments, alternative rehabilitative strategies such as Argentine Tango (AT) have been explored for their potential benefits in improving mobility quality life individuals with PD. This systematic review evaluates effectiveness AT enhancing balance, gait, functional PD patients. Methods: A literature search was conducted across PubMed, Cochrane Central Register Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), Scopus, PEDro, Web Science. Studies were included if they randomized controlled trials (RCTs) assessing impact on outcomes Data extraction risk bias assessment performed independently two reviewers using Risk Bias 2 (RoB 2) tool. Results: Five included, sample sizes ranging from 10 to 62 participants intervention durations varying weeks 24 months. significantly improved (Mini-BESTest, BBS, FRT), performance (6MWT, TUG), compared usual care or conventional exercise. Abstract Cedrol is a natural sesquiterpene subgroup of terpenes with antioxidant and anti‐inflammatory properties. This study evaluated the effect cedrol on 6‐hydroxydopamine (6‐OHDA) rat model Parkinson's disease (PD). Unilateral injection 6‐OHDA was performed to induce PD model. at 10 mg/kg 20 administrated. The rotarod test, apomorphine‐induced rotational open field tests assessed motor function, while passive avoidance test used evaluate cognitive function. Furthermore, striatal levels malondialdehyde (MDA) total thiol, SOD (superoxide dismutase) activity were measured. induction lesion led significantly higher number rotations in lower maintenance as well shorter delay for entering into longer duration time spent dark chamber versus control group. Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative condition that progressively affects motor function and causes tremors, rigidity, bradykinesia. Detection of PD at an early stage important to ensure timely intervention better patient outcomes. This study uses deep learning algorithms classify spiral images traced by patients as inexpensive diagnostic technique for the detection PD. A database consists drawn manually normal individuals, divided into training testing sets. To discriminate between drawings Parkinsonian healthy cases four Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture like DenseNet121, InceptionV3, VGG16, LeNet are used. Followed transfer which employed improve model performance extracting fine impairment patterns in spirals. DenseNet121 InceptionV3 achieve competitive with 98.44 % accuracy, whereas VGG16 demonstrates excellent feature extraction performance.
