Borophene is found as a monolayer of boron. It emerges promising 2D nanomaterial with unique characteristics like anisotropic metallic nature and direction‐dependent mechanical optical properties. High electrical conductivity, surface corrugation, high chemical reactivity, substantially electron mobility are the properties borophene that relevant to electrochemical sensor applications. This study encapsulates advancements in borophene‐based sensors biosensors for sensing analytes, including glucose, urea, dopamine, arsenic toxicity water. A succinct summary has been presented, all significant attributes, determined limit detection, established linear dynamic range, utilized analytical approach, documented stability. The stability concerns have mitigated by passivation encapsulation, whereas real‐time applications can be advanced collaborating industries, developing devices, conducting pilot tests. article delineates process's constraints problems while proposing alternative techniques remedies.
