The design of three-dimensional covalent organic frameworks (3D COFs) using linear and trigonal linkers remains challenging due to the difficulty in achieving a specific non-planar spatial arrangement with low-connectivity building units. Porous frameworks with controlled pore structure and tunable aperture are greatly demanded. However, precise synthesis of this kind materials is a formidable challenge. Herein, we report the fabrication two-dimensional (2D) supramolecular polymer using precisely synthesized rod-like helical polyisocyanide as link. Four three-arm star-shaped polyisocyanides degree polymerization 10, 20, 30 40, having 2-ureido-4[1H]-pyrimidinone (UPy) terminals were synthesized. 2D-Crystalline apertures 5.3, 10.1, 13.9, 19.1 nm respectively obtained through intermolecular hydrogen bonding interaction between terminal Upy units. The dependent on length backbone. Thus, well-defined uniform hexagonal pores obtained, proved by small-angle X-ray scattering (synchrotron radiation facility), atomic force microscopy, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller analyses. large used to purify nanomaterials immobilize biomacromolecules. Abstract Two‐dimensional (2D) covalent organic frameworks (COFs) have a multilayer skeleton with periodic π‐conjugated molecular array, which can facilitate charge carrier transport within COF layer. However, the lack of an effective transmission pathway between 2D layers greatly limits their applications in electrocatalysis. Herein, by employing side‐chain polymerization strategy to form polythiophene along nanochannels, conjugated bridge is constructed layers. The as‐synthesized fully (PTh‐COF) exhibits high oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) activity narrowed energy band gaps. Correspondingly, PTh‐COF tested as metal‐free cathode catalyst for anion exchange membrane fuel cells (AEMFCs) showed maximum power density 176 mW cm −2 under current 533 mA . functional theory (DFT) calculation reveals that interlayer optimizes electron cloud distribution, therefore enhances ORR performance. This work not only provides new insight into construction framework but also promotes development catalysts.

Conjugated and processable self-standing vinylene-linked covalent organic framework membranes (COFMs) are highly demanding for photonics optoelectronics. In this work, we have fabricated the first cyclotriphosphazene (CTP) cored COFM (CTP-PDAN). For comparison purposes, successfully imine-linked congener (CTP-PDA). Leveraging inherent nonlinear optical (NLO) response of CTP core, both were directly mounted to evaluate NLO parameters using open-aperture (OA) Z-scan technique. Direct measurement responses on is advantageous free from solvent scattering effects, making it a more practical approach compared conventional dispersion mode. The OA transmission yields reverse saturable absorption signature exhibiting higher coefficient (β) 58.37 cm/GW CTP-PDAN, that CTP-PDA (β = 8.5 cm/GW). These results can be correlated efficient conjugation through vinylene linkage in CTP-PDAN imine linked congener.
