Abstract Polydicyclopentadiene (pDCPD) is a high‐performance thermoset with lightweight and exceptional thermomechanical properties. However, its traditional thermal curing process energy‐intensive lacks chemical recyclability. Frontal Ring‐Opening Metathesis Polymerization (FROMP) an energy‐efficient allows additive manufacturing of pDCPD. 2,3‐Dihydrofuran (DHF) has been shown as effective comonomer to allow the deconstruction pDCPD thermosets when incorporated at small fraction in Herein, simple strategy for recycling reported, maintaining FROMP characteristics properties over five life cycles. Norbornadiene (NBD) key resins containing recycled enhance polymerization kinetics sustain characteristics. A one‐pot also developed deconstruct simultaneously functionalize chain ends norbornenes reincorporating deconstructed oligomers back next generation thermoset. Using these strategies, generations invariable are demonstrated. This work highlights scalable produce chemically recyclable thermosets, significantly improving circularity this class thermosets.
