Certain cellular components of the eye, such as neural retina, are unable to regenerate and replicate after destructive inflammation. Ocular immune privilege provides eye with protection against intraocular inflammation in order minimize risk vision integrity. The system use strategies maintain ocular by regulating innate adaptive response, which includes immunological ignorance, peripheral tolerance eye-derived antigens, immunosuppressive microenvironment. In this review, we summarize current knowledge regarding molecular mechanism responsible for development maintenance via regulatory T cells (Tregs), generated anterior chamber-associated deviation (ACAID), resident including corneal endothelial (CE) cells, pigment epithelial (PE) aqueous humor. Furthermore, examined therapeutic potential Tregs RPE that express transforming growth factor beta (TGF- β ), cytotoxic lymphocyte-associated antigen-2 alpha (CTLA-2 α retinoic acid autoimmune uveoretinitis evaluated a new strategy using human RPE-induced clinical application inflammatory disease.
