Exosomes are extracellular vesicles secreted by most eukaryotic cells and participate in intercellular communication. The components of exosomes, including proteins, DNA, mRNA, microRNA, long noncoding RNA, circular etc., which play a crucial role regulating tumor growth, metastasis, angiogenesis the process cancer development, can be used as prognostic marker and/or grading basis for patients. Hereby, we mainly summarized followed: exosome contents cancer, focusing on proteins RNA; interaction between exosomes microenvironment; mechanisms that epithelial-mesenchymal transition, invasion migration affected exosomes; suppression strategies based exosomes. Finally, application potential clinical diagnosis therapy is prospected, providing theoretical supports using to serve precise treatment clinic.

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are heterogeneous multi-signal messengers that support cancer growth and dissemination by mediating the tumor-stroma crosstalk. Exosomes a subtype of EVs originate from limiting membrane late endosomes, as such contain information linked to both intrinsic cell "state" extracellular signals cells received their environment. Resolving affecting exosome biogenesis, cargo sorting release will increase our understanding tumorigenesis. In this review we highlight key biological processes couple biogenesis in cells. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are nano-sized containing nucleic acid and protein cargo that released from a multitude of cell types have gained significant interest as potential diagnostic biomarkers. In this study, we compared most commonly used isolation techniques, either alone or in combination, for 200 µl human their present serum.
