In

Background:
Parkinson's
disease
(PD)
is

neurodegenerative

Calcium
oxalate
(CaOx)
stones
are
among
the
most
common
types
of
kidney
and
associated
with
renal
tubular
damage,
interstitial
fibrosis,
chronic
disease.
The
mechanism
CaOx
crystal-induced
fibrosis
remains
unknown.
Ferroptosis,
a
type
regulated
cell
death,
is
characterised
by
iron-dependent
lipid
peroxidation,
tumour
suppressor
p53
key
regulator
ferroptosis.
In
present
study,
our
results
demonstrated
that
ferroptosis
was
significantly
activated
in
patients
nephrolithiasis
hyperoxaluric
mice
as
well
verified
protective
effects
inhibition
on
fibrosis.
Moreover,
single-cell
sequencing
database,
RNA-sequencing,
western
blot
analysis
revealed
expression
increased
disease
oxalate-stimulated
human
epithelial
line,
HK-2.
Additionally,
acetylation
enhanced
stimulation
HK-2
cells.
Mechanistically,
we
found
induction
deacetylation,
owing
to
either
SRT1720-induced
activation
deacetylase
sirtuin
1
or
triple
mutation
p53,
inhibited
alleviated
caused
crystals.
We
conclude
one
critical
mechanisms
contributing
pharmacological
via
1-mediated
deacetylation
may
be
potential
target
for
preventing
nephrolithiasis.
