Neutrophil
extracellular
traps
(NETs)
are
intricate,
web-like
formations
composed
of
DNA,
histones,
and
antimicrobial
proteins,
released
by
neutrophils.
These
structures
participate
in
a
wide
array

activities,
including
immune
rheumatic
diseases

to
target
organs.
Recently,
the

between
NETs

has
garnered
significant
attention.
Within
tumor
microenvironment
metabolism,
exhibit
multifaceted
roles,
such
as
promoting
proliferation

influencing
redox
balance,
triggering
angiogenesis,
driving
metabolic
reprogramming.

Abstract
Mast
cells
play
a
central
role
in
allergic
reactions,
acting
as
key
effector
that
initiate
and
amplify
the
inflammatory
response.
In
this
study,
we
demonstrate
phosphatase
of
regenerating
liver
2
(PRL2)
functions
negative
regulator
FcεRI-mediated
mast
cell
activation.
PRL2-deficient
myeloid
cells,
PRL2
conditional
knockout
mice

more
severe
passive
systemic
anaphylaxis
