Considering
that
skeletal
changes
are
often
asymptomatic
during
routine
clinical
examination,
these
disorders
frequently
overlooked
in
patients
with
peripheral
artery
disease
(PAD).
Keeping
mind
the
inclining
prevalence
of
PAD
and
bone
fragility,
especially
older
individuals,
this
narrative
literature
review
aimed
to
provide
a
comprehensive
overview
alterations
PAD,
focusing
on
importance
multi-scale
multidisciplinary
approach
assessment
hierarchical
organization.
Several
observational
studies
have
shown
connection
between
risk
developing
low-trauma
fractures,
but
numerous
ambiguities
remain
be
solved.
Recent
data
indicate
evaluating
additional
properties
at
various
levels
structure
may
help
understanding
factors
contributing
fragility
individuals
PAD.
Further
research
structural
(especially
micro-
nano-scale)
enhance
complex
etiopathogenesis
which
lead
advancements
optimizing
management
individuals.
Since
osteoporosis
overlapping

evaluate

Background
Bone
health
is
important
for
older
adults,

vitamin
K
(VK)

VK
can
reduce

risk
of
osteoporosis
loss
unclear.

study
hypothesized
that
different
levels
intake
exert
varying
effects
on

people
aged
over
50
years.
Methods
Individuals

recruited
from
National
Health
Nutrition
Examination
Survey.

dietary
recall,

groups,

high,
medium,
low
