Causal Relationship Between Common Allergic Diseases and Keratoconus: A Two-Sample Mendelian Randomization Study

To investigate the impact of several allergic diseases on development keratoconus (KC) from a genetic perspective. Data multiple genome-wide association studies involving European ancestry individuals were used.
