Tumor

It
could
be
specifically
recognized
by
neoantigen-specific
T
cell
receptors
(TCRs)
in
context
of
major
histocompatibility
complexes
(MHCs)
molecules.
Emerging
evidence
has
suggested
that
neoantigens
play
a
critical
role
tumor-specific
cell-mediated
antitumor
immune
response
successful
cancer
immunotherapies.
From
theoretical
perspective,
an
ideal
immunotherapy
target
because
they
are
distinguished
germline
as
non-self
host
system.
Neoantigen-based
therapeutic
personalized
vaccines
adoptive
transfer
have
shown
promising
preliminary
results.
Furthermore,
recent

Abstract
Tumor
progression
and
the
efficacy

immunotherapy
are
strongly
influenced
by

Abstract
The

immune
systems

immunity.

Abstract
Chemotherapy,
radiation
therapy,
as

targeted
anticancer
agents
can
induce
clinically
relevant
tumor-targeting
immune
responses,
which
critically
rely
on
the
antigenicity
of
malignant
cells
and
their
capacity
to
generate
adjuvant
signals.
In
particular,
immunogenic
cell
death
(ICD)
is
accompanied
by
exposure
release
numerous
damage-associated
molecular
patterns
(DAMPs),
altogether
confer
a
robust
adjuvanticity

cancer
cells,
they

Abstract
In
recent
years,
immunotherapy
represented
by
immune
checkpoint
inhibitors
(ICIs)
has
led
to
unprecedented
breakthroughs
in
cancer
treatment.
However,
the
fact
that
many
tumors
respond
poorly
or
even
not
ICIs,
partly
caused
absence
of
tumor-infiltrating
lymphocytes
(TILs),
significantly
limits
application
ICIs.
Converting
these
“cold”
into
“hot”
may
ICIs
is
an
unsolved
question
immunotherapy.
Since
it
a
general
characteristic
cancers
resist
apoptosis,
induction
non-apoptotic
regulated
cell
death
(RCD)
emerging
as
new
treatment
strategy.
Recently,
several
studies
have
revealed
interaction
between
RCD
and

immunity.
